Music Ministry
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord, O my soul!
I will praise the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praises to my God all my life long.
-- Psalm 146:1 & 2

thumb_treble-clef-and-cross-logoThe Music Ministry of First United Methodist Church strives to glorify our Savior, Jesus Christ, in all we sing and in all we do. What a marvelous opportunity we have been given to serve and praise God through music. Many times music can speak when words cannot, and we must be open and aware that God can use musical opportunities to reach others for Him.

The staff of the Music Department includes Kay M. Holder, who serves as the Director of Music, and Jonathan Poe, who serves as the Organist for First Church.
